End-User License Agreement

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Big N Luxury Apartments (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for the use of our website and services, including but not limited to the website located at https://bendglobalfleet.com (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Big N Luxury Apartments may terminate this Agreement immediately if the User violates any terms. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Service and destroy any copies of content or materials obtained from the Service.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  1. Amendments

Big N Luxury Apartments reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
